Salamander Cottage can accept pets by arrangement .

A pet fee applies for the stay  $25 per pet].

Pets are allowed in the house to be with you and we would like you to bring their bedding. The courtyard patio off the kitchen/dining areas is enclosed with fencing and a gate. The front garden area is hedged lawn and open. The double lock-up garage has 2 floor to ceiling glass windows and is light, and can be an additional area where pets can be secured if needed, for short periods. It is a bonus that the house is in a quiet cul de sac.

Dogs are generally kept leased in the surrounding areas but you can still enjoy many lengthy scenic walks.

A dog swimming beach at Bagnalls Beac is about 5 mins by car. There are numerous vets in the Nelson Bay area.
