Salamander Cottage rates are seasonal. Short notice specials can apply.

Peak summer season [school holidays] are from $330 to $450 per night.

Summer rates [non school holidays] are from $150 to $450 per night

Long Weekends are from $330 to $400 per night for a 3 night package.  This includes the Australia Day Long Weekend, Easter, Anzac Day Long Weekend, June Long Weekend and October Long Weekend.

Autumn and Spring Weekends - non school holidays are $400 for 2 for 2 nights. Additional guests are $50 per person per night.

Winter weekends are $350 for 2 nights for 2.

Mid week stays are from $150 per night for 3 nights for 2 [non school holidays]. 

Autumn, winter and spring school holidays $220 to $450 per night

Pets welcome by arrangement and a pet fee applies - $25 per pet for their stay. 

Weekly rates are by application.

Rates are subject to change without notice. If bookings are made directly to us you may avoid booking site fees of up to 10% where this is charged.

 Booking Conditions 

Check in 2pm.

Check out 11am. Please phone to discuss your expected time of arrival and departure.

Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking. Final payment is required prior to stay.

Minimum 2 night stay.

2 weeks notice of cancellation is required. With less notice refund of deposit is subject to house being re-booked.
